FAQ

All You Wanted to Know And More

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?

The minimum for screen printing order is 6 garments.  There is no minimum for heat press vinyl or sublimation. We normally recommend heat press vinyl or sublimation printing for orders less than 6 garments, as these are more cost friendly for small orders. Please contact us directly about small orders.

CAN I ADD SHIRTS OR CHANGE SOME SIZES ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Yes, we can add shirts up until a day or two before the order is set to print, depending on where the garments ship from. If you need to change your order, please contact us right away.

CAN I GET THE SAME DESIGN IN DIFFERENT INK COLORS ON MY GARMENTS?

Yes, we can change the ink color(s) of the design as many times as you would like. There is a $10 ink change fee per color.

WHAT SHIRTS ARE BEST TO PRINT ON?

Different styles of printing render different results based on fabric materials. Take a peek at our blog posts for more guidance for your project.

WHAT ARE THE ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS?

Artwork is a very important part of getting your shirt done just the way you want it. Great artwork = a great shirt. There are many types of files we can work with, but the files that will provide the best quality for printing are vector files.

CAN I BRING MY OWN SHIRTS?

Absolutely! Although we can source a variety of excellent garments, we accept garments provided by our customers as well. The Print Lab has different pricing for customers that provide their own garments.
