Frequently asked questions

1.

What types of printing services do you offer? We offer printing services in all areas! From A-Z, we have you covered. Whether it is apparel printing, digital printing, or promotional printing, you can rely on us to get the job done!

What are your minimums? Screen Printing: 12 Pcs. Embroidery: No Minimums Direct-To-Garment: No Minimums Transfers: No Minimums Digital Prints: Varies Per Service Message us for minimums on other products!

3.

Can I supply my own garments? Absolutely! If you have garments you would like to provide, we will gladly accept them. Please ensure they are free of lint, rips, and stains. Message us to get competitive pricing on other garments and accessories!

4.

Do you print samples? For apparel, we can definitely print samples. Please note that setups and non-bulk print pricing will factor into price. For digital prints, we do not offer samples for future print runs, however we have materials and samples from previous print runs in our showroom for you to come see and feel!

Do you offer design services? Yes, we offer everything from graphic creation and recreation, artwork edits, vectorization, and more! Please message us if you have a specific request.

6.

What are your turnaround times? Apparel print orders have due dates of 10-14 business days after payment and/or artwork submission is completed. Digital print orders have due dates that vary per product — as soon as 3-5 business days or as long as 7-10 business days after payment/art submission is completed. Actual turnaround times vary on how busy the shop is at the time of order placement. Our goal at The Print Lab is to always complete your order sooner than the due date.

Do you offer rush/expedited printing services? Yes, we love accomodating to our clients’ needs! If you are in a pinch, under the right conditions, we can always fit you into the queue. Please make sure you have all your ducks in line (artwork + order details), to ensure the most efficient process. Our rush service fees are as follow: Apparel Prints TAT: Standard Turnaround (No Fee) 6-9 days (25% of Invoice Subtotal) 3-5 days (50% of Invoice Subtotal) 1-2 days (75-100% of Invoice Subtotal) Digital Prints TAT: Standard Turnaround (No Fee) 2 days (25% of Invoice Subtotal) Next day (50% of Invoice Subtotal) Same-day (100% of Invoice Subtotal)

Do you offer shipping / delivery services? We proudly offer shipping and delivery services! Depending on distance, some delivery runs are subject to a delivery fee. Do I need to put down a deposit to start an order? Yes, all orders require a 100% deposit in order to begin unless other terms have been established ahead of time.

Do you offer brand and apparel consultations? Whether it’s in person, through phone call, or through video call, we love taking the time to help bring our clients’ visions to life! From new to established brands/businesses, we work with all! We can help you find the apparel and price point that works best for you and your budget and timeline.
